Why I use it
I use it every day to retrieve earlier conversations. My memory of where a decision was made is unreliable, while Git only preserves the result.
One of my common prompts is: We have discussed this before. Use cass to pull the context.
That gives a fresh agent the history it needs without making me retell everything.
